These sessions are available to everyone at all levels, from never lifting to novice lifters to competitors.
We can focus on improving technique, increasing mobility and building strength.
I can provide sessions face to face, online, as well as planning a program specifically tailored to you.
Olympic lifting has been a passion of mine for a while now and I have a Level 1 and Level 2 in coaching olympic weight lifting.
